Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, contact us at hello@onfleekflames.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Please note, for hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on used or burned candles.
