3. Products
We make every effort to display our products, including colours, scents, and descriptions, as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product. All candles are hand-poured in small batches, so slight variations in appearance between batches are normal and not considered faults.
4. Orders and Payment
● By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
● All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
● Prices are listed in GBP. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
● Payment must be made in full at the time of order using one of our accepted payment methods.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate information.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or burned candles cannot be returned. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy, available on request or on our website.

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and the On Fleek Flames LTD name and branding, is our property or used under licence and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written consent.
8. Candle Safety and Use
Our candles are made for home use only. Always follow the safety instructions provided with your candle, including burning on a heat-resistant surface, keeping away from children and pets, and never leaving a lit candle unattended. We accept no liability for damage or injury resulting from misuse of our products.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, On Fleek Flames LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.
